Rolo Tomassi - Cosmology

by Hannah Vickers Rating:7 Release Date:2010-05-24

Rolo Tomassi release their second album 'Cosmology' today. This album has mixed haunting keyboard notes with quick guitar bars to give the most unusual sound any band has to offer at the moment.

With its very personalised sound it's defiantly an album for their diehard fans and not for the inexperienced rocker, however I think everyone can appreciate the brilliant heavy beats provided throughout the album, making you nod your head along. My favourite song is 'Party Wounds', but I've got to admit I've been rewinding Kasia to the beginning every time to hear the singing which completes the entire album, Eve's voice is like the rest of the album, unique.

Overall this is a testimony to what you can do with a keyboard; I'm sure we can expect some more unique sounds to come from them, to give us all something to head-bang to in the furture.

This is an incredible album. The final track literally gives me goosebumps. Just a quick little thing. Furture?
