ULRIKA SPACEK announce new EP 'Suggestive Listening' out April 21st

London-based art-rockers Ulrika Spacek have a new EP Suggestive Listening out next month as part of Record Store Day, via Tough Love Records.
Strong believers in the “long play format” related to making records, this EP represents a new approach. Starting at the beginning of last year and using an art gallery to record, the band explored live recording for the first time, as well. Taking the exploration vibe a step farther, they decided to “kill” the “three piece interweaving guitar” characteristic of their previous effort Modern English Decoration. The band is clearly embracing new ideas and deconstruction of their previous work, an approach that shows they are an evolving band, something all art requires.
To celebrate the release, the band is holding a fest at Doomed Gallery in London the night prior to, as a collaborative art project which invites immersion with the album on many levels. Here the latest, "Lord Luck" below.
