One Big Family - Helping the Homeless set for Leeds on March 11th

The line-up for the One Big Family | Helping The Homeless | Music For Kits fundraiser at Leeds Library on Saturday 11 March, as follows:

ONE SIDED HORSE feature the breathtaking vocals of Mark Whiteside [ otherwise known as the singer / drummer with Evil Blizzard ] with live accompaniment from Richard McNamara, Steve Firth, Mike Heaton and Mickey Dale from Embrace; GLASS MOUNTAIN are quickly generating a reputation for their epic and staggering songs, none more so than the incredible Glacial; and EMERALD SUNDAY, a raucous indie four-piece, are so devoted to the cause that they're traveling all the way from Dundee to perform. You can watch recent videos from each of them below.

The ONE BIG FAMILY – HELPING THE HOMELESS charity was founded in August 2015 in Chatham, Kent, by Liz and Darren Shaw, with the aim of serving the Homeless in the Medway and London areas. Their aim, alongside providing two soup kitchens, one in Chatham and one in Victoria, is to provide those in need with essential items – clothing, underwear, hats, gloves, socks, hand warmers, hand cream, lip salve, toiletries, sanitary products, blankets, roll mats, sleeping bags, food, water – and, importantly, time for a chat, a hug, a smile.

Throughout the evening a number of celebrity-presented raffles will also be made with unique, music related prizes to be won.
