Darn those pesky kids in Savoir Adore. If it wasn't enough they're yet another act to burst out of the impossibly vibrant and utterly hip Brooklyn scene (last count: 2,542 NME-flagged acts!), it appears, if their recent 6Music interview is to be believed, the duo only sort of fell into being a going concern by accident.

Yet what an accident it was. Signed to Cantora Records, the label which helped shoot fellow Brooklynites MGMT into the stratosphere, Savoir Adore's second single it simply wonderful. Weaving wonderful mechanical imagery into their lush, experimental pop awash with Paul Hammer and Deidre Muro's ethereal vocals, it deserves to soundtrack many a budding romance as the hazy, lazy summer nights continue to stretch out in front of us.
